Jacob'S Well Hotel - Rathdrum

The food was amazing, especially the homemade bread! The kids loved the clean room and comfy beds. A little bummed about the inaccurate info on local transport though. A lovely stay 🍽️

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The venue is in the central location in the nearby Wicklow mountains. And it's nestled in a lovely building close to the pub downstairs, a special restaurant, and inparticular Glendalough. They serve amazing food, have a huge variety of options to choose from.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, where the staff were great. I appreciated the warm atmosphere during my entire visit.

I think the hotel was lovely little and stunningly beautiful, will be back. Exceptionally comfortable bed made my room neat and airy. The breakfast was rich and delicious and there was variety of fab food. The location was stunning and lovely for first time visitors to Rathdrum.

Varied breakfasts, with marmalade, toast, options for every-one. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, very close to a nice garden.

Pub noise at night, disappointing restaurant menu

the noise from the kitchen was annoying at night , but the food was delicious and made up for it. beds were super comfy with a lot of pillows. kids loved the playground nearby.

The room was cozy and perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Greenan Farm Museum and Maze. The food was great, especially the cooked-to-order breakfast.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

Cozy room, friendly staff, I appreciated the delicious dining options in the restaurant and the convenient location near various outdoor activities for exploring nature.

Delicious meals and a friendly atmosphere

The staff really made a difference. They were eager to help and quick to ensure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared meals at the restaurant, especially the hearty Irish breakfast that kept us fueled for our day of exploring. The pub noise in the evenings could be a bit much for light sleepers, so be prepared with earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

The room offered a cozy ambiance. The staff's attentiveness stood out, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, including personalized service in the restaurant. The overall friendly vibe added to the warmth of the stay.

I stayed in a Double Room for 2 nights and it was really comfy. The decor was lovely and everything was super clean. The shower had great pressure too! The beds were plush with plenty of pillows. Just a heads up, though, the pub noise could be a little much if you're a light sleeper, but it adds to the local charm!

The staff were very attentive. Our triple room was comfortable and clean. Plus, it's conveniently located in the center of town! I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere during our time there.
